i found the staff very helpful and supportive . the fast service was also appreciated (especially when i needed something quickly). adir assisted with our luggage to and from taxis which really helped us. the location is great, with close proximity to both the beach and the city.
The gym could use some updating. A few machines were out of order.

The staff provided friendly assistance, which i found helpful. The location is near bus stops to etihad towers. i found pizza hut nearby. It was a convenient option for lunch at 63 dirhams for two large pizzas. the price seemed fair to me.
Our double room featured two single beds combined. I noticed this immediately. the room included only one towel. This was insufficient. i requested extra towels. It took some time.
